I read an article in a post today on this board regarding someone that was arrested for posting a threat against the Speaker. He may not be convicted, but he is going to wipe out his bank account paying for a lawyer to defend himself- if he is even able to find one that will represent him.
Vent - but be careful. Maybe this board still remains active because it is a gold-mine of info for Feds to collect on us to be used against us at a later time.

Story time, kind of.
Yesterday I noticed a police car parked on the side of the road sort of near my house, headlights on. It stayed there for a couple hours.
Out of nowhere I heard a bunch of sirens, which lasted about an hour. I don’t necessarily know what happened but I think someone got raided. A lot of people around here are Trump supporters, so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if it was over something posted online regarding Congress or the events of the 6th. I’m keeping an eye on local news/papers to see if anything is posted about it.
I haven’t posted anything threatening per se, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I get a letter in the mail or worse.
