Prediction: He's probably going to talk about the wall and ONLY the wall so don't get disappointed if we don't get any happenings, in his remark earlier he said that the wall's expansion is underway.
That statement right there should tell you how things are going to go down, I still deep down in my heart of hearts think that President Trump is NOT under any circumstances going to let Joe Biden take office but there's a chance this thing might go all the way down to the wire.
I was also thinking he is going to talk about the wall, and only the wall... but after cancelling the speech from yesterday, Guiliani said something along the lines of "Trump wants to get the speech absolutely right" etc like it's a hint... That said, I'm still alright whatever happens. Q said POTUS will be isolated.
