Amen! We can't say we don't deserve it as a country as all the sins and abominations we have continued to do. But that won't stop me from praying and asking forgiveness for myself and my country as we have the most just and merciful Lord!
I am so dejected that I and my children (and my children's children) will be punished for sins that I vehemently fought to prevent at every possible turn.
It's very easy to feel that way, Just remember The Father is in control and his judgments are just and merciful, As everything The Lord does is righteous! Now I'm saying this as a country do you believe we should be rewarded or punished for the way this country has been and the path we are going! idol worship of politicians, athletes,etc homosexuality being acceptable, taking the Lord out of schools, shutting down churches? We have come far from when our forefathers landed here and the first thing they did was make a covenant with God!
Well how is any of that my fault? I've never done or voted to promote any of those things. It certainly is starting to look like NO ONE has ever voted for those things, actually. Or voted in general most of the time.
