It looks like a Josh Allen jersey. Kind of strange for the one guy wearing a jersey at a Trump speech in Texas to be out there representing the Buffalo Bills...

I recently read that Josh Allen translated into Hebrew means "The savior is upon us"

Josh is short for Joshua, which means "God saves" or "God is salvation" in Hebrew. Allen is a Celtic name that variously means "little rock," "harmony," or "handsome." If there's a similar name/word to Allen in Hebrew, I'm not aware of it.

Edit: Just saw your post further down with the Hebrew word. Interesting.
