My new theory is that the reason why Pompeo will be outside of the US during the 13th and 14th as this is when the major Military events will happen in the US.

This will give him plausible deniability as not part of the coordinating military actions and to be named the new "interim" President on the 17th - 20th once Pelosi and Biden are arrested for treason.
