The Energy Minister said the outage was because the frequency dropped from 50hz to 0hz, that just means the generators stopped turning, sounds like a bit of a cover story to me.

This is happening everywhere, Australia just blocked a major construction company sale to China which would have given inside information of everything to China. Victoria Premier also signed up for the Belt and Road deal
