Anons follow the Constitution. Those that don’t are here to make anons look bad. The Constitution elects presidents, and a Congress. The president appoints justices that are then approved by the Senate. In addition, there are 10 amendments called the Bill of Rights that include fundamental rights provided by the creator that the government can never take away. One of those rights is that all powers not provided to the federal government by the Constitution are given to the states.
