I think citizen uprising is reserved for if The Plan fails. No one wants to go there, but I for one cannot live under communism. However, I am amazed and buoyed by the confidence Anons have about The Plan's success. The Anons have been right about many things, so their input has credence.
Remember he ended his speech with "no violence". He talked to the media twice and both times he said "no violence"
