Other posters have already shown the guy with the red 17 jersey, I thought I'd bring up the song "Gloria" playing at the same time. Just like when Trump held up the red folder in tent on Jan 6.

I have just revisited the video for further analysis. The whole event is impeccably timed and coordinated - as if the music is used in time with all his movements like a movie.
Fortunate Son: plays right up to the point until he enters the tent.
Gloria: starts playing right after this which starts the Red 17 shirt phase. The president is "in the tent" for the duration of the song.
God Bless The U.S.A: starts playing as he leaves the tent and walks to the stage.
Its all very purposeful. This may just be typical for event planning and sound engineering, but I thought I'd flag it anyway.
