Agreed. Trump is his brother now. He’s a god fearing Christian. He wouldn’t just be a Judas. He knows better. It’s easy to blame deep state every time someone behaves questionably, but I never bought the “keep your enemies closer” excuse.

Trump may have had some revolving doors while trying certain people in certain positions, it his closest knit group of people are all loyalists. If Pence did truly backstab him, that would be far more surprising to me than if he’s in on a smokescreen operation.
