Yup this was discussed before. There's a lot of in-fighting going on in CCP at all times. Probably one of the anti-Xi factions leaked the Hunter stuff because Trump taking down Xi is good for the other guys. But remember DO NOT TRUST any CCP faction. They're just useful allies for now. Like the Hong Kong dude said "CHINA IS ASSHOE"
