I could see the 7/10 taking on a dual meaning between OPs interpretation as well as Q post 259 mentioned below ("7/10 plane crashes are targeted kills"), however in regards to flight returns, Q post 67 (11/3/17): "Podesta's plane has military escort (i.e. tag) and is being diverted (forced down)." Per Q post 15 (10/31/17): "11.3 - Podesta indicted" Per Q post 25 (11/1/17): "Proof to begin 11.3." And Q post 26 (11/1/17): "The only way is the military. Fully controlled. Save & spread (once 11.3 verifies as 1st marker)." 11.3 = 1.13? I hate datefagging, but 1/13 has some potentially lofty deltas associated with it. Could be a nice day for a sky event.
