I can’t help but to think with basically the entire world having a camera phone on them at all timeS, it would be really hard to keep the lid on operations that involve significant use of force. The theory is also that these operations are occurring in places where the citizens may not typically experience consistent warfare or combat, so it would be foreign to them. Combine that with some of the potential targets being the most influential, rich, and powerful people in the world, that has to increase the difficulty because of potential bodyguards, increased security and defenses, etc. Could we be truly living in an information warfare era where just the truth about their deeds and doings is enough to bag them. I would love to hear any thoughts.

I think just troop/NG movement is it right now. Q says most 'targets' are in DC and surrounding areas. Ops would be Residential, Office buildings. Some targets armed/with armed security. If any raids or ops happen, rest assured neighbors/witnesses, will start to chatter and news/pics/video will eventually reach us. There would be roadblocks set up, and airports will have military presence to stop those who will try to flee - news/pics/video of that will get out. Local News will report strange happenings.
If there is a complete comms black out, remain calm, wait for EBS announcements.
