Just to add a thought. Why, would such a basic and open letter stating the obvious chain of command after a administration change be " CLASSIFIED"? This letter obvious was CLASSIFIED at one point, because if you look at it. It is marked UNCLASSIFIED now.
Does this seem odd or am i just over thinking this. Anyone with better knowledge of such things please educate me.
