I remember that watching the coronavirus task force updates daily and the general in charge seemed legit. I felt good that he was in charge of the logistics for PPE and such. It was like 'of course a military guy is in charge of logistics." Maybe he is one of the 10

FEMA was put in charge of the coronavirus response then. Because they are used to dealing with governors and disasters. But maybe 4d chess....
