Could the code markers 11.3 (Podesta) and 11.4 (Huma) be based on the deployment of NG on Monday 11th of Jan?

3 days after 11th will mark next steps? (Ie. Podesta indictment on 14th Jan)

Can be said it should be 13th, but I discount the first day since it's the announcement and authorisation.
