Can someone explain to me why Trump is pushing the vaccine?

I am somewhat new to this and everything is making perfect sense but one thing that is bothering me is why is the president pushing a vaccine that he must know is likely to be harmful and a not needed risk? Thanks

Yea I read a comment from someone else that said Operation Warp Speed is a military sting operation.

I made a few posts on TheDonald asking this question, and each time my post was shadowbanned (it disappears from the New page a few minutes after posting so no one can find it).
