Not agreeing, but as devils advocate, we have used weather weapons and likely are using them on China. Whole declass section on cambodia. Lots of evidence of uses since 2000 as well
You know that my statement was merely an observation right? I heard about the storm and just said it caused an outage that affected 500k households right?

I’m replying a comment asking for an elaboration of the storm in the Washington state, and I said that the storm caused a power outage that affected 500k households.
So, please tell me, where did imply that the storm that Q dropped refers to this?
