I can’t find any reports for Germany. Summon sparked said he was wrong about that. Any sources?

Pakistan and Iran appear legit. Not doubting just inquisitive skeptic here.

Perhaps Israel is ‘last’ in a different way.

Damn! I had 3 different places talking of Berlin and isolated outages in Germany the same day as the Vatican. I can't find anything online now. I am not one that archives all links I see.
