Listen to what she's saying... saying Pence has to respond... he already responded like 15 hours or so prior to when this was aired. Old footage probably from the day before... before she was allegedly detained.

I've never claimed this to be live, only that it's reported to be from yesterday, January 12th. And from what I've gathered from MSM, Pence responded before the debates were done.

It's a recording. Of a reportedly live event.

Does that mean that when I watch a re-run of a late night show and the presenter says; "Live from New York!" I can know it's a fake because it is in fact not live at the moment?

Very good point that I hadn't considered.

Doing some research brings up several articles saying that there were debates re: Encouraging Pence to invoke the 25th amendment on the evening, Tuesday 12th.

To me it seems that Pence rejected the "Encouragement" from the house before it was finished, so that doesn't exclude this video from being from yesterday, 12th...
