If I may, just a little correction in your theory which I'm not disagreeing with but just part of your wording. Instead of FBI arresting "us" (Them) at airports. And I'm not stupid I don't believe you are ether, we maybe Ignorant of facts, so I do not believe Q was referring to us as being Stupid. Just saying.
