I know this is a touchy subject but go back and watch the video. Put it on full screen and drag the button so you can watch it slow. Look at the direction, height, angle of the gun compared to how high she is. Remember she supposedly got shot in the neck. That gun doesn't look like it's pointed anywhere near her neck, more like her waist because she standing up on the ledge of the door.
