Also if she were arrested the media would have a feeding frenzy. No I dont think shes arrested I think shes running around panicking.

Because she would have been arrested for a very good reason, and that would make people start asking questions (or it should). An arrest of someone of her standing would have to come with a DECLAS of sorts. It's almost the same as why people didn't sue Lin Wood for defamation recently. It would enter a period of discovery, and all sort of shit would come out they don't want to.
