If the military is the only way? And we all assume that to mean FEMA....what about RED4?

I just dont think it's heslth9for everyone to be overdosing on hopium... with that said...I think Red4 is the 6,000+ troops that the Pentagon sent. :P

National Guard Unit of D.C. only takes orders from POTUS all other NG Units takes orders from the Pentagon. So far around 15000 in D.C.
