Why is FEMA being activated for a storm that happened in august??

Utah is getting FEMA for straight-line winds?? WTF is that?

In reality FEMA is getting in place for the big storm.

Fema has been active all year due to covid. Fema can arrest people and doesn't need a warrant or required to do trials by court. Sure is funny a lot of celebrities have been vanishing from the limelight lately... hmmmm....
