All of Ivanka's photos, even as a child, show her as a girl. So I don't buy this.

As for Trump being in the club - He probably was. He is a billionaire afterall. That doesn't mean he's "one of them". In fact their reaction to him becoming President suggests the opposite.

Washington was also a Freemason and a Christian, but ultimately sided with Christianity.
