1302 and especially 1303 can absolutely be applicable. Be on the lookout for blackouts in Jordan or other potential signs.

It pointed to a Q drop with coordinates in Manilla... I checked planefag site and there were two one random Philippine planes there, non US, non-military. CEB933 and PAL536. Didn't seem to point to anything interesting. I think this was just a photo that happened to have a clock not a TickTock photo
