not live... I have a screenshot from the youtube live screen and I saw 4 networks broadcasting him.

I need to know of they aired it live on tv specifically. Arguing with mother in law about trump censorship. She said they watched it live on tv. Id guess they delayed the speech until after it was complete if in fact they did air it "live"
