Protests etc quelled quickly by NG and FEMA. Media communications terminated. Social media blocked. VOA broadcasts trials, testimony, etc until state of emergency is lifted.
i keep hearing that move the Administration did with Taiwan along with the executive order China would see it as a declaration of war. maybe Pompeos safety couldn't be secured or they had a credible threat of some sort so they just played it off as Bidens guy is coming in no longer needed. either way hes stepping down he's said as much.
