I do not celebrate or feel pride in our having to ban @realDonaldTrump from Twitter, or how we got here. After a clear warning we’d take this action, we made a decision with the best information we had based on threats to physical safety both on and off Twitter. Was this correct?

I'm still going with the theory that Jack knew his life was at stake if he did not remove Trump. He says it was based on threats to physical safety on and off Twitter. Obviously still his fault for getting this deep, but I don't believe someone who wanted to create a platform for "sharing ideas and information instantly without barrier" would allow things to get this bad without outside influence.
