He should have worded it better... his point is who is going to tweet it now that trump is banned (of course Q knew trump would get banned so this is a non-issue, but it's still important to research in advance)

its not a useless post. He is saying maybe its not supposed to come from trump, but from pompeo. They have to know that everyone is watching his tweets right now.
