South of you in Montana been quite a bit of power outages with the high winds coming through since yesterday. Mine was out tonight for hour and a half. Western montana have larger outages at the moment.
We had a helluva windstorm in southwestern BC, and our power was out half the day. Not sure about Sask’s last night but you can count on them having insane weather 99.9% of the time late August through mid May. Don’t worry!
No outages in my part of Regina, not even a flicker but, with this wind I'm expecting it. Gusts up to 110 kph (70 mph) until 5:00 am local time, 60- 80 kph most of tomorrow. The healthy gusts are shaking my house pretty good. Snow going straight sideways.
Only Ice storms normally take down lines, as an electrical journeyman I've done this type of work, tornados, hurricanes and ice. Freezing rain build up on the lines and weight them to the breaking point. Normal winter storms usually don't do this.
Not going to do too much harm to the 16 residents and 30000 moose.

Not much in Sask that would interest the plan. No people of importance anyway, maybe some computers at most.
