Well it’s definitely weird because I don’t think vehicles can drive in the water? Unless it’s a submarine or something of the like.

Created an account too just to comment on this as well. Looks like it pinged out of Miami International Airport, from the building used for American Airlines Aircraft Maintenance, which is the building just north of the Miami-Dade County Police Dept located at the airport.
It could just very well be a simple test.

Currently on land, and it goes to...the middle of the ocean? then it just comes back on almost the exact same route.
Another "TEST" popped up. TESTAAR, listed as a B737, also out of Miami International Airport, coming out of what seems to be listed as the AAR Aircraft Services-Miami, another maintenance.
