Austin Steinbart is a known CIA Patsy with ties to John McCain, who went on a self-aggrandizing YouTube ego trip claiming that he was Q, despite the whole point of Q being that it's anonymous, and despite the fact that Q posted "No outside comms" and directly contradicted what Steinbart was saying.
He also started personal fights with various Trump supporters who questioned him, who asked very logical questions that he couldn't answer.
