These were probably white hats from special forces that infiltrated Antifa planned raid. The DC US Attorney is probably compromised.

Agreed, it is almost certain Trumps team / LE would have infiltrated Antifa. When they discovered in co-ordination with the Dems they were going to storm the building it would have presented a fantastic opportunity.
