I found this post here but I was looking to find a decode for 1933. Decoding hands up [30] (Pompeo posting 30 minutes intervals then 15,15) countdown ;) to avoid a repeat to 1933 :28 (?) Which is our past proves present

Newbie so forgive me if this is way out there. (Not new to Q)
