If the plan was to arrest Biden/etc on inauguration, the deep state would realistically be very aware of it.

You're telling me that Biden knows he's gonna get arrested if he goes to inauguration, and he still does it, and gets arrested? I don't see how that would make sense.
I also don't see how it would make sense that the plan is to make these arrests, and the deep state would not know about it.
But consider this:It's a 'Virtual Inauguration' correct? They could shoot this inauguration with China Joe getting sworn in with Dr. Jill holding the fake bible and Traitor Roberts officiating at Any point between now and Tuesday and lock them all up and air it on Wednesday January 20th @ noon and who will know but Trump and the white hats. Seeing as Biden only appears maybe once a day and never answers questions they could keep this charade going for as long as necessary then at the appropriate time they air his previously recorded confession and potus takes over. Just a possible scenario to consider.

My understanding of "virtual" is that it will happen at the Capitol building as when POTUS was inaugurated in 2016, but there will be no spectators there.
Just family, people from Congress, ex presidents, etc.

There's a lot of this going on. Only the special people allowed, no peasants. Example, Times square NYEve where people got to watch said special people dancing freely with no unwashed peasants to irritate them. Pissed off a great many people.
