Just watching Q proofs. 34:00 mins in it shows a clip where something odds happens during a news interview where the lights go out suddenly. Trump says "Whoops they just turned off the lights, must be the intelligence agencies"

I read awhile back that the Clowns have backdoor access to nearly every electrical grid. They can cause a blackout where ever they want.
