yes, there is a laser there. The could be a range of reasons for it being there, up to and including.. someone with a pocket laser fucking with us for shits and giggles. I would be. I'd be doing all kinds of goofy shit. Also, this isn't a video game... why put frickin' lazer beams on a turret?
