Remember, Killary is referred to as "HRC" most of the time. There are only around 40 mentions of Alice.
Q has also used "Q" as a stand-in for other words i.e. "cue." As this drop occurred before the revelation of HRC = Alice and SA = Wonderland, it would seem this drop was a hint
