Looked like It was landing at the international airport (which I thought was odd) but is now just bouncing all around it an weird pattern.

Same here, that's really strange. I am very familiar with South Jersey and it's all over the place. Guess it's transponder issues, but maybe heading to McGuire AFB? The altitude is extremely low though... the Pineys are getting a hell of a view!
