20,000 reminds me of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. What else is under the sea? D.U.M.B.s? How many D.U.M.B.s have been destroyed? How many are slated to be destroyed? This is like Bond villain shit.

Talking about 3 Gorges Dam in that other thread, A View to a Kill had the idea of creating a massive earthquake by flooding the fault line with seawater. I wonder what might be on the horizon.
