Eh I guess it’s a stretch but I think of it like we are a plague of frogs against the top. An impossible to stop force of many.

Maybe like "stretching" in that cherubim are fighting warrior angels, not cute little valentine chubby babies? But the idea of a plague of frogs against corruption, like a plague of locusts overrunning evil.... hmmmm.
