your right The impact splatter from that would have been on the walls...not only that if you look at the photos the actual the barrel angle of the gun was waist level at best from where she was climbing.....to much doesn't add up
I don't have any secret inside info but based on the video I saw its completely fake.
It's classic psyop stuff. Die draped on a flag. Photogenic mom. Looks like an actress anyway. Cop standing right next to her. Veteran. Maximum psychological impact.
