If he's part of the deep state then he doesn't care about getting votes. Why would anyone in the deep state care about what we lowly voters think when the elections are rigged? The deep state appoints people to positions of power and the elections are just for show.

If he's truly a deep state double agent then he already ensured that he wont be able to walk out in public after having confirmed a rigged election.
