Do we know or have anyway of knowing who called for all these troops in DC? Is it more than the national guard?

I believe DC Mayor asked for 800 unarmed NG soldiers to back up Police

DS sends 15,000 armed soldiers.

Trump is not letting a good crisis go to waste!
