Great article. Thanks for posting. One of the buried leads of this story is just how integral Steve Bannon was in that administration. Makes me think he's in on all of this and not actually dooming right now, which makes me feel better.
Steve Bannon has done more for this movement than anyone here realises here. He went to China, established contacts with the dissidents, created a movement of whistleblowers and got them to bring a steady stream of insider info, including a whole list of CCP assets within the government (long before the one that dropped publicly).
This info was crucial for Trump to be able to go ahead with this plan.
The article is adversarial but not terribly so. Ultimately it does a great job of making the case that Ezra has been one key player but has kept a mysterious and low profile.

Agreed, makes zero sense he'd quit when the finish line is just coming into view...
God, I hope we are right. I really love Bannon and the crew. I've missed my morning routine. I'll be back when the truth is revealed.
Garbage article in the atlantic ... don't bother.
Haha yeah. I came across this long back, but it was hard for me to keep reading it. But yeah you have to read between the liberal writing.
Well, that is the problem. I am allergic to the "liberal writing" that you mention. That ruins it for me...
Yep, I've learned to cut to the jib much better lately.

Disagree. I usually see The Atlantic as virtual fishwrap but this was a good article.
