I believe these tweets lead us to Q-drop 3791...January 23, 2020 in stated in this drop with [-Cruz] below it. Just recently POTUS put DC in a state of emergency from Jan. 11-24th (I could be wrong on the SoE, I have been studying Q-drops for about 4 days straight). Could there be something that will be announced on the 23rd that might have to deal with Cruz? Or am I just not reading Q-drops correctly and I should leave it to the Pro's...?

How are you saying they lead to 3791? I think the whole point is to ask questions.
You open the Article with the Seal. The date with in is August 31, 2018. Go to qalerts.app - search August 31. Drop 3791 pops up. It even specifically states, [Anons: August 31, 2018]
Along with January 23, 2020 and [-Cruz]
2049 and 2050 were sent aug 31 2018 are hrc related. So maybe past date?
I suggest also using "AUG 31" in search as well to see more drops from that date. Also consider the time it was posted if off cycle, eg. 4:33 = #433 or #1633 (for military). This has actually been very revealing and insightful for me.
