It's either naivety on your end or a deliberate omission of context re: Iran. Iran marches on orders from bad actors in DC and abroad as a hostile proxy state, just like NK, and funds radical cells worldwide with money stolen from the US Taxpayer. And even if we do go to war with Iran, which I don't think will happen, what's the alternative? Leaving them be to carry on? The conflict boils down to values, and the sooner radical values perish, the better.
