I've been thinking about making my own instant messaging service but it would take a little while to code up. Especially making an app for it, if I had some programmer friends that were down to help we could bang it out fairly quick I would imagine but not sure where to find that many programmers without exposing the service to possible infiltration. Then there's the legal side....it takes quite a while to build that shit :/
